Bgh33 Terms and Conditions — Read Before Use

1 General Terms & Conditions

Bgh33 (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and bgh33. By using any of bgh33's services, you agree to be bound by each and every term set out in this agreement.

Bgh33 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account & Registration

An active account is required to access bgh33's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Registering with false information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.
• To update the mobile number or email address provided at registration, please contact customer support.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on bgh33 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following limits apply to deposits:

• Funds will be credited to your account once the deposit has been successfully verified.
• Deposits from a mobile banking account registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails, please contact customer support and keep a screenshot of the transaction for reference.
• All deposit transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

4 Withdrawals

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal on bgh33. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. During peak hours or in exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 100,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• Bgh33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if any suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Under bgh33's Terms and Conditions, all bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the terms and conditions applicable to that bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus, you generally need to wager 20–30 times the combined total of your deposit and bonus amount.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus conditions are not fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bgh33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or IP address claim a bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on bgh33 are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and auditable.

• If a technical error affects a game result or payout, bgh33 will investigate and make a final determination.
• Bgh33 is not liable for any bets lost due to disconnection or interruption of your internet connection during gameplay.
• If a technical error is confirmed in any game, the bets for that round may be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under bgh33's Terms and Conditions. Engaging in any of these activities may result in permanent account closure.

• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for artificial gain (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or take advantage of promotional offers.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
• Sending or receiving payments via a third party's account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bgh33 may suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If registration with false information is verified.
• Failure to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification or to provide the required documentation.
• If a member requests to close their own account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Any decision regarding your account balance prior to closure will be made based on the circumstances. We will endeavor to return any legitimate balance; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bgh33 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to responsible gaming and help our members build healthy gaming habits.

• Members can set their own deposit limits, session durations, or betting limits.

12 Changes to Terms

Bgh33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
